I had an excellent experience at Ross Auto Body Shop. Joaquin and Mary were friendly, professional, and honest about the repairs my vehicle needed. They took the time to explain everything clearly and provided a fair estimate before starting the work. The repairs were completed on time, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. I really appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. It's refreshing to find a shop you can trust. I highly recommend Ross Auto Body Shop to anyone looking for reliable service, quality workmanship, and fair pricing. I'll definitely be returning for any future maintenance and repairs.

I can’t say enough good things about the workmanship and the customer service I received while my vehicle was in the hands of Ross Auto Body. They totally over delivered! Not only did they send me pictures of the vehicle while it was being worked on, which I absolutely wasn’t expecting, but they also followed up with me a few weeks after the vehicle was done to make sure that I was happy with everything . In this day and age where it has become so customary to receive poor service I’m really happy to vouch for Ross Auto body in their ability to go above and beyond for their customers. I can tell you without a doubt that the workmanship and the attention to detail is ABSOLUTELY worth every penny. I could tell I was in good hands because of the caliber of cars that were being worked in the shop and the care with which they were being handled. Moreover, Mari in the front office was super sweet and friendly in every interaction. Joaquin told me my car would be ready in 4 days and sure enough by noon time on the 4th day he was calling me to tell me my car was back to new. I don’t write many reviews, but I was very intent on taking the time so that others know they can entrust their veh

Ross Auto Repair truly exceeded my expectations. I took my car in after a gate fell on it and left a lot of scratches. Not only were they incredibly friendly, but their customer service was excellent. They even provided a number so I could easily follow up on the repair. The experience felt very personal;like I was talking directly with people who genuinely cared, not just a company. They were always quick to respond to all my questions, very flexible, and when I got my car back, it looked brand new. I totally recommend them!
